- Body- workshops on healthy eating, exercises (chair yoga, Zumba), menopause, family planning, mental health, spirituality
- Business- workshop on personal finance (credit repair, saving for house, car, college, retirement, etc.) entrepreneurship, wills, estate planning power of attorney, prepaid funeral arrangements
- Bae- Relationship- Panel discuss with local celebrities/personalities and moderator— This part can be interactive weeks before the conference to give attendees an opportunity to offer suggestions to be discussed at panel discussion.
